07:47 am - THE BATTLE ATOP THE ASTRONOMY TOWER
If all characters currently on the Astronomy Tower would move to this thread, it would be appreciated. This battle is NOW being waged.. once the wands start whipping out, anyone who is milling around the bottom and could logically see this may join in.

The current costumes in the vicinity are: the muskeeteer, the pharoah, the slave, GW Bush and Mata Hari.

The slave saw the look of recognition in the muskeeteer's eyes and a look of joy crossed her face. Wrenching as hard as she could, she leaped from the pharoah, only to be caught by the chain that held them both.

The pharoah whipped away from Bush to see the look on the couple's faces.

"You-!" He snarled at the slave, then quickly pulled out his wand, then blasted away the chain that linked them both.

Turning to the muskeeteer, a nasty smile crossed his features as he looked at him.

"Fine then- I did enjoy the game. But it seems it's time to end it, eh?" He circled the muskeeteer, the smile widening, a manaical glint to his eyes. "Shall we duel for her then? Or have I guessed wrong- Weasley?"

Face hardening, eyes flicking to Molly for a second he focused on the man in front of him, wand still held out in front.

"If that's what it'll take, but i'm not letting you take her back now."

His voice was calm and contorled by his eyes blazed with fire and venom.

"I didn't think you had the balls." MacNair glared and quickly flipped out his wand. "Crucio!" The spell came spinning towards the muskeeteer as the slave scrambled for the wall, her eyes darting everywhere for a wand.

Arthur dived out the way, just in time, slamming his back against the wall but he ignored the pain

"Apparently i do!" He shouted then threw a hex in MacNairs direction followed by expellirumus

The hex slammed straight into MacNair's face and in a moment, the wand clattered against the stone of the tower. Angrily, he lept for it, shoving Molly out of the way. Still feeble, she fell against the wall, but grabbed desperately for it, barely reaching it just as MacNair lept on top of her.

The two of them were pressed against the stone, Molly barely keeping the wand in her fingers as MacNair pushed her closer to the edge.

"All it will take is one good push.." He murmured as he stared into her eyes.

Arthur leapt fully on to his feet, no this was not going to happen. Arthur was not going to loose her now.

Pointing his wand he shouted again "Impedimenta!", aming right at McNair.

MacNair staggered, the hand he had been intending to push Molly with, slowed. She shoved at him, then collapsed on the ground, the last of her strength gone.

The wand flew across the stone and laid in the open.

He turned, movement still slowed by Arthur's spell, and faced him.

"So what happens now?" An evil grin crept over MacNair's features. "Do you take me off to the Ministry, Weasley? Or perhaps you'd like me to describe what I did to your wife first."

Arthur backed up toward Molly, trying to keep her behind him. He looked back and forth between the woman and McNair. Oh no...

"I don't think so.." He spoke to McNair. "Incarecerous!" Ropes shot out of his wand and bound McNair.

Then Arthur turned his head to regard the woman... was she.. oh no... this didn't look so good. Kingsley, where are you?
